CONDITIONS
Website Use
This website is provided for general information about AdMuse, our services, portfolio and ways to contact us.
You agree not to use the website in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with its operation, security or accessibility.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems or connected services.
Services
AdMuse provides creative and marketing services that may include website design, creative direction, content, brand-related work, paid media management, strategy and other agreed services.
The exact scope, deliverables, price, timeline and responsibilities for a project may be defined separately in a proposal, estimate, invoice, statement of work, written agreement or other project communication.
Quotes & Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are intended to provide general information about available packages and starting investment levels.
Final pricing may vary depending on project requirements, scope, complexity, timing, requested deliverables or additional services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, advertising media spend, third-party software, premium plugins, stock assets, domains, hosting and other external costs are not included in AdMuse service fees.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before or during the start of a project and may vary depending on the service or scope.
AdMuse may require full or partial payment before beginning work. Work may be paused when an invoice or required payment remains outstanding.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party expenses and advertising budgets are the client’s responsibility.
Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
Timelines may be affected by delayed client feedback, missing materials, changes in scope, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, content, approvals and access within a reasonable timeframe.
Revisions & Scope Changes
The number of revisions included in a project may depend on the selected package or project agreement.
Requests that materially change the approved direction, deliverables or scope may require additional fees or a revised timeline.
Additional work will not automatically be considered part of the original project unless agreed by AdMuse.
Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to AdMuse may legally be used for the project.
This includes logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, written content, fonts, customer data and other intellectual property supplied by the client.
By providing materials to AdMuse, the client represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions for their intended use.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership or usage rights for final approved project deliverables will be defined by the applicable proposal, invoice or project agreement.
AdMuse retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methodologies, processes, templates, working files, concepts not selected by the client and other intellectual property not expressly transferred.
Third-party assets remain subject to the licenses and terms imposed by their respective owners or providers.
Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, AdMuse may display publicly released, non-confidential final work for portfolio, case study, website, social media and promotional purposes after the work has been made public.
Confidential business information, private account information and unpublished client materials will not intentionally be displayed as portfolio content.
Clients who require specific confidentiality restrictions should communicate them before the project begins.
Concept Projects
Some work displayed by AdMuse may be self-initiated or fictional concept work created to demonstrate creative direction, design capabilities or campaign thinking.
Concept projects are identified as such and should not be interpreted as representing a commercial relationship with, endorsement by or performance results for a real client unless expressly stated otherwise.
Paid Media
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside AdMuse’s control, including market conditions, audience response, competition, advertising platforms, offer quality and client operations.
AdMuse does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, impressions, revenue or return on advertising spend.
Advertising platforms may reject, restrict, suspend or modify campaigns according to their own policies and systems.
Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on third-party services such as website hosting, domain providers, social platforms, advertising platforms, plugins, software, payment processors or other technology providers.
AdMuse does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, functionality, pricing or future compatibility of their services.
No Guarantee of Results
AdMuse provides creative, digital and marketing services designed to support a client’s objectives, but business and marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Results may depend on factors including the client’s offer, pricing, market, competition, sales process, budget, execution and broader economic conditions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

AdMuse reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project where appropriate, including in cases involving unlawful activity, abusive conduct, non-payment, material breach of agreed terms or requests that AdMuse reasonably determines it cannot perform.
Any payment or deliverable obligations following termination will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and work already completed.
